Your team :

You will be a part of the Global Solutions Offering Department and will be involved on different activities team depending on your existing competences and interest.

Your mission :

1/ Presales activity:

  • Technical offering (in close collaboration with Account Managers) :
    • Knowing the given product better than anyone on the sales and marketing teams. This deep product knowledge is required to write a sales pitch that highlights the product’s features and benefits;
    • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally;
    • Qualification of customer’s needs: Assisting Account Managers in qualifying prospects and leads by using their deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points. Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the product offerings and help customers evaluate the benefit;
    • Preparing the kit-list for optimizing the customization of the technical solution with the vendor SE help when needed;
    • Preparing the quotation with the Account Manager by working closely with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to provide a comprehensive solution story to the client;
    • Communicating with technical experts identified and concerned by the scope focused;
    • Defining technical solutions: Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes within the Team;
    • Participating in writing the description of the technical solution within offers proposed to customers (design, transition, subject matters);
  • Assist in the production of RFPs/RFQs (Support) :
      • Support and coordination supervised by the Bid Manager.

    2/ Business Development activity:

        • Support Account Managers when they generate new business in line with the strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networks;
        • Support the Marketing Team in external communication;
        • Closely work with the sales team to inform the strategic positioning of the product to customers, partners, and market influencers.

    3/ Partner management activity:

        • Manage relationships and partnerships with editors, vendors and partners to ensure our certification levels;
        • Participate to vendors external events.

    4/ Product and service management activity:

      • Conduct continuous Technological watch : Take initiative to keep up-to-date vision/overview and deep understanding of the products to be aligned on the best way to customers’ pain points (event, fairs, papers, etc.).
      • Conduct competitor analysis and market research;
      • Participate to the definition of Excellium go to market strategy with solution offering team and multiple stackeholders, participate to our offering design, building of solutions and making of services offering deliverables.

 PROFIL

  • Fluency in English and French will be required,
  • Highly motivated, interested in the fields of cyber security
  • Autonomy and team spirit required
  • IT presales background and experience
  • The position is based in Luxembourg or in Belgium
