In case you wish to raise an official complaint, you may contact your Account Manager by email or via mail to the following address:

In the event the Complaint is considered incomplete, a request for additional information will be sent to you.
In case of rejection or refusal to grant the Complaint in full or in part, you will be formally informed.
If you have not received a satisfactory response to the complaint, in a period of one (1) month but no later than one (1) year after the initial complaint with Excellium Services, you may address an official complaint to the CSSF by one of the following ways:
1) Log on to the CCSF website at the following address: www.cssf.lu;
2) Send a fax: (+352) 26 25 1 – 2601;
3) Send an email at this address: reclamation@cssf.lu;
4) Send a letter at this address:
